The lake is located southeast of Perth. It can be reached by taking the Elm Grove Road from County Road 1, five miles south of Perth. Follow Elm Grove Road for three miles, turn right and follow this road for one mile and then turn left. Follow this road for two miles. There is an access entrance fee. Light watercraft can gain access via the Rideau Canal System from Big Rideau Lake. Camping facilities, boat and cottage rentals are available at the lake.
Fish: Central Mudminnow
Directions: From Highway 7 head North on County Road 511. Turn left on County Road 8 (Watsons Corners Road). Turn right on 8th Concession Dalhousie. Continue on Umphersons Mill Road South. Turn left onto Ranger Camp Road. Access for Bower will be on the Left (access to Wood Lake is on the right). Campsites are located at many spots along the Ranger Camp Road. Ranger Camp Road is located near snowmobile trails and is closed to travel by unauthorized persons from sunset to sunrise April 1st to 30th. Fish: Northern Pike, Yellow Perch.
Directions: To reach Christie Lake follow County Road 6 from Perth for 10 miles. Resort signs to Christie Lake are located along the road. Boat launching facilities and cottages are available at several resorts. Fish: Yellow pickerel, Northern pike, Smallmouth bass, Largemouth bass, Brown bullhead, Yellow perch, Pumpkinseed, Bluegill, Rock bass, Banded killfish, White sucker, Bluntnose minnow, Log perch, Shorthead redhorse, Blacknose shiner, Fallfish. All the sports fish species are taken with reasonable success throughout the summer months in all parts of the lake on a varietyof lures and live bait. Winter angling for yellow pickerel is becoming more popular.
Fish: Kamloops Trout, Smallmouth Bass, Pike, Perch, Pumpkinseed, Crappie, F.W. Herring.
Directions: From Lavant, take South Lavant Road to Dixon Lake. Use natural shoreline as a launch. Small motorized craft or car top. Fish: Sp. Trout.
Fish: Banded Killfish, Bluegill, Northern Pike, Pumpkinseed, Yellow Perch.
Fish: Walleye, White Sucker, Br. Bluegill, Pumpkinseed, Golden Shiner.
Directions: Farren Lake is situated approximately 7 miles south of the village of Maberly at Highway #7. Follow County Road 36 through Bolingbroke to where the road borders the east end of the lake. A short portage over the township road allowance is provided for small boats and canoes. No commercial facilities are available.

Directions: From County Road 511, turn left onto French Line Road. Continue left onto Lavant Darlig Road. Stay on Lavant Darling Road (past Campbell’s Road) and turn right onto Flower Station Road. The boat launch is on the left, slightly hidden & across from a baseball field. Fish: Northern Pike, Walleye, Smallmouth Bass, Yellow Perch, White Sucker, Brown Bullhead, Pumpkinseed, Rock Bass.
Fish: Walleye, Sucker
